Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms at a good value, but housekeeping missed servicing despite the hanger signal. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially with addressing transportation needs. The location is convenient in downtown and close to bars and restaurants. The dining experience could be more inventive, but fresh cooked eggs were a highlight. Facilities were decent with opportunities for improvement.
The hotel has big and modern rooms with all the facilities you would expect, but they only got up to a barely comfortable temperature. The service was friendly, but some staff need better command of English. The location is superb, with a beer garden nearby and entertainment spots around the corner. The dining options had a lot of variety, but left a lot to be desired.
The hotel rooms had a bit of an old feel to them and were of a very bad standard, lacking some amenities like a safe and carpeting as described. The room was quite dark with low power lights, which was not very convenient. On the bright side, the location was fantastic for exploring Khon Kaen and the surrounding area.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit outdated and small, but they were clean. The bathroom could definitely use some renovations, and getting hot water was a bit of a gamble due to shower issues. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly the trainee who made our dining experience pleasant. The location was great for exploring Khon Kaen and its surroundings, although the service at the adjacent restaurant was slow. The dining options lacked variety, especially for Western guests. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
